This 45-square-meter apartment became an exploration of how to create a sense of freedom within a compact space. The design challenge was to fit everything essential — an entrance hall, bathroom, storage areas, a separate bedroom, and a kitchen-living room meant for lively conversations with friends.
The concept drew inspiration from the layout of a sailing yacht, where every element serves a precise purpose and every centimetre counts. Here, functionality meets elegance: even a spacious bathtub and a generous kitchen island found their place without sacrificing lightness or flow.
The former balcony was transformed into a cozy home office, separated by a glass partition instead of the traditional window block — a subtle nod to the openness of the sea. The result is an interior that feels both measured and free — a quiet voyage in the heart of the city.
